PRIVATE SESSIONS
One-to-one lessons, either online or in-the-studio, where you will receive personal guidance for a better understanding exercises according to PILATISTIC® fundamentals. These sessions are the most efficient way for you to feel and discover the Method in your body and get unique corrections and variations that address your needs. This awareness and knowledge will grant you with the necessary skills to make the most of the modules with all your classmates.

TEACHERS’ CLASSES
Like the master’s degree, these group sessions with your classmates are taught in-the-studio and online simultaneously. The format of these classes vary from (1)collective workouts, to (2)gatherings covering specific concepts that the group needs to clarify or (3)teaching lessons where students put into practice their teaching skills. The Teachers’ Classes will be designed according to the needs that the group presents throughout the year. As soon as we close the registration for master’s degree PILATISTIC® 2022, we will offer different schedules for the group.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS
At PILATISTIC® Virtual Studio, we teach periodical Online Workshops open to all the instructors in the world interested in broadening their Pilates perspective.
We teach these seminars once per month approximately (if our agenda allows this frequency) and the topics are chosen depending on the doubts that the group presents in each module of the master’s degree. These 1.5 hour seminars are great to complement your apprenticeship.
