In this module you’ll enhance your understanding of The High, Wunda and Arm Chair plus the Small Barrel, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel. At this point in the program, you’ll have a much clearer perception of how the system feeds back to the first two modules on the Reformer and Mat.
PRE-PILATES & SMALL EQUIPMENT

Despite their size, small equipment can make a big difference in your workouts if you really know how and when to use them.
And the same happens with Pre-Pilates… Learn the importance in these phase prior to Pilates, where exercises are broken down to their minimum expression.
*All Weekend Modules are 12-hour duration. With the intention to accommodate different time zones, the schedule most likely will be from 2:00-8:00PM CET (Barcelona time).

This awareness and knowledge will grant you with the necessary skills to make the most of the modules with all your classmates.
TEACHERS’ CLASSES
Like the master’s degree, these group sessions with your classmates are taught in-the-studio and online simultaneously. The format of these classes vary from (1)collective workouts, to (2)gatherings covering specific concepts that the group needs to clarify or (3)teaching lessons where students put into practice their teaching skills. The Teachers’ Classes will be designed according to the needs that the group presents throughout the year.
ONLINE WORKSHOPS
At PILATISTIC® Virtual Studio, we teach periodical Online Workshops open to all the instructors in the world interested in broadening their Pilates perspective.
Marian and Miguel teach these seminars once per month approximately (if their out-of-the studio agenda allows this frequency) and the topics are chosen depending on the doubts that the group presents in each module of the master’s degree. These 1.5 hour seminars are great to complement your apprenticeship.
