The Wunda Chair is one of the apparatus with the smallest workout surface. That is why it is such a challenging and fun piece of equipment! The participants of this workshop have discovered the less seen exercises and have learned how to build a full organized lesson on this wonderful chair! We are very grateful for expanding PILATISTIC’s community to different places in the world! In this occasion, incredible souls from Brazil, Argentina, Italy and Spain have blessed our studio with their visit!
