Identificar cuándo un cuerpo está listo para girar es essencial para garantira una rotación segura y efectiva de la columna. En este dinámico taller, Marian y Miguel instruyeron ejercicios en diferentes aparatos para perfeccionar las rotaciones en el Matwork y Reformer y enseñaron cómo mantener longitud, alineación y elevación a lo largo del movimento. Además, este Teachers’ Meeting Day contó con la presencia y participación de Rodrigo Nanô quien, no solo impartió clases privadas a algunos afortunados, ¡si no que también trajo pequeños accesorios de Aparelhos Clásicos Nanô para la venta! ¡En fin, un gran día que dio un giro de 180ª a la percepción de la rotación de los asistentes!
Identifying when a body is ready to turn is essential to ensure a safe and effective rotation of the spine. In this dynamic workshop, Marian and Miguel instructed exercises in different apparatus to perfect the rotations in the Matwork and Reformer and taught how to maintain length, alignment and lift throughout the movement. In addition, this Teachers’ Meeting Day counted with the presence and participation of Rodrigo Nanô who, not only taught private lessons to some lucky ones, but also brought small accessories of Aparelhos Classicos Nanô for sale! In short, a great day that gave a 180º turn to the attendees’ perception of the rotation!
