PILATISTIC TEACHES A CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR INSTRUCTORS IN BRASIL

Tai Ken Pilates, escuela de Pilates Clásico en Sao Paulo, ha invitado a los directores de PILATISTIC, Marian Tarín y Miguel Jorge, para impartir un final de semana de seminarios exclusivo para profesores. La formación ha estado enfocada en la importancia de construir una base sólida para evolucionar con seguridad y eficacia a niveles más exigentes y atléticos. Algunos de los talleres impartidos han sido El alumno iniciante, Explorando las rotaciones, El cinturón de fuerza y Volver a la vida a través de la colchoneta de Joe Pilates.

Tai Ken Pilates, Classical Pilates school in Sao Paulo, has invited the directors of PILATISTIC, Marian Tarín and Miguel Jorge, to teach a workshop weekend only for teachers. The continuing education has been focused on the importance of building a solid foundation to evolve safely and effectively to more demanding and athletic levels. Some of the workshops taught have been The Beginning Student, Exploring the Rotations, The Girdle of Strength and Return to Life through the Joe Pilates’ Mat.
